We ship within Canada and the United States, and our shipping times vary depending on your location. Please allow 14 business days for all orders. Return & Exchange Policy
At Aureli, we stand behind the quality of our products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return or exchange your item within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number. Please note that items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, and return shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that all pierced earrings are final sale due to hygienic reason.
